We loved everything about the outside area. The pool was really clean and the owner came twice during our stay to clean it and check on the water quality. The veranda area provided lots of different options for keeping out of the sun and there were plenty of sunbeds.
The location is fabulous as you are outside all residential areas and surrounded by orchards. Plenty of parking off road and only a couple of minutes ride to the nearest supermarket and around 7 minutes drive to two beautiful beaches in opposite directions.
The barbecue area was well used and was well equipped with utensils.
All in all the perfect place for our family of 3 generations.
Only minor issues really but the pillows were not particularly comfortable and also the oven needs another metal shelf. Difficult when you are a group of 8.

The pool, and the whole exterior part is just amazing! Ideal for family or group of friends, the barbecue area, sitting area, the pool - which is being regularly cleaned means so so much especially when you are with kids.
Two points:
1. Small yellow ants - I know this is Mallorca’s “issue” rather than the owner or house issue; they are only in the kitchen, but are so persistent we had to throw away a lot of food. Everything needs to be in the fridge otherwise they will get inside of every bag.
2.Air conditioning- restricted only to night use. If you are with smaller kids that have daily naps inside, I must say it’s not ideal solution.

Quiet location plenty space and pool was really nice
Air conditioning not available at all times, however I totally understand reasons behind this.

El exterior de la casa es muy bonito, la ubicación perfecta.
Es una casa de verano, en invierno hace mucho frio. Los colchones son antiguos de muelles. La chimenea no funciona.
