It is clean, and the staff is helpful. The air conditioning works properly, and the pool is excellent.

It is far from the center, and the bathroom door handle is broken off.

The pool is beautiful, the hotel is centrally located and well connected, and the optional breakfast was well stocked.

The pool was very nice, the hotel was clean. Hotel porter was very nice man and the only one who tryed his best to help guests.

The Air con was loud, you could hear the room upstairs taking baths/showers and water waste pipe must run through rooms. Reported TV was not working twice as no signal, you could see the cable joined with Tape. It was never fixed. The staff at reception said our room was no breakfast included, although we paid for it and it clearly showed breakfast inc, we had to go through another Manager in the sister hotel to get it sorted . We had a later flight so asked if we could take a shower or get freshed up after check out, was told No. No towels round pool and no life guard on. No water in room. Kitchen area in room in poor condition needs a renewing and updating.. Noticed a lot of electrical dangers around hotel in room and Fire alarm points, states and hight lights poor maintence team or poorly skilled.
