Clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the old town area of Batumi.

Location and the host were great. The building itself looks beautiful, clean entrance and lifts.
Conditions of the property, scratches on the walls, corners, it looks very used up and requires urgent repairs.
Propeerty has huge terrace and small space inside.
Poor condition of the sofa and bed.
