My husband and I were completely comfortable and had all we needed for a one night stopover as part of a longer trip. The room was very clean and a short drive into town to visit a local restaurant. Thank you.

well set out. quiet. pool good size for swimming. manager very helpful. large room with big couch watching tv & plenty big enough for kids. dining area too. microwave. adjoining bedroom. Bed comfy. large bathroom spa with shower. Park outside room

Not much really.

Very dated decor that looked like it had never been updated since the 70’s - typical blue, yellow and pink laminex furnishings and the bed was seriously uncomfortable. There was a lack of cleaning detail e.g. the bathroom skylight was full of cobwebs and the bathroom looked rather grotty. The light switch next to the bed had a chunk missing. We arrived about an hour prior to the published check in time and explained that we would totally understand if the room wasn’t ready. I was met with a very grumpy look then given the key and told to come back at 2pm - fair enough but not a very pleasant welcome. Surprisingly we received a smile on departure.

The room was the biggest we have had so far, plenty of the room to spread out. Teens loved the spa. Close to the Surf Museum and shopping outlets, Rip Curl.

It was a bit too old in some places and didn’t like the double doors to the bathroom.

Conveniently located near good restaurants and Torquay beach. Clean facilities with all essential amenities. Friendly vibe and nostalgic appeal to the property.

Clean room, although a little dated. Ideal for a nights stay in a quiet location. Comfortable bed.

Room needs a bit of tender loving care.
