Great service from the staff and friendly atmosphere.

Very nice and centrally located hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a very unique feeling of antique Ambato.
The staff was helpful and courteous contributing to the overall environment. Very good breakfast!!
A bit noisy late in the evening as the patio below is part of the hotel restaurant. But nothing that will keep me from going back.

Breakfast and dinner were great, hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone was nice and will go out of their way to help you.
We reserved the room with a king bed, there is a bar next to the hotel with loud music that keep me awake. The shower is abnormally small.
