Overall very very nice home. A few things that typically would make me rate the home at 4 star but the host was so accommodating and very quick on communication that it more than made up for the one star so I gave it a 5 star anyway. The carpeting in master bedroom needs to be updated / replaced and a better pool cover system should be installed making it easier to remove and put back on. It was hard figuring out which part of the cover went where so having some sort of numbered or colored system would be helpful.

We were excited for our girls weekend but there were some things that stuck out for us that we were disappointed in. Overall cleanliness was an issue- the hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Walking around inside our feet were black which shouldn’t be happening if it’s being cleaned efficiently. That home either sat vacant for weeks or their cleaning crew isn’t cleaning and mopping floors. Rooms were dusty and just felt dirty in some areas.
Trashes were completely full outside so the fact someone didn’t appropriately clean and dispose of everything before our stay was very very disappointing. Owner told us why we didn’t tell him? We’ll we didn’t know until the day before we were leaving and is not our responsibility to tell you. You or your property manager should know exactly know what condition home is in and previous cleaning crew never removed.
One of our gfriends was bit by a scorpion and home we were told was treated on the exterior for all of insects and such.
Backyard was nice but you definitely see the wear and tear on pool and there was no diving board which is very apparent in their online pictures. Update what is available and no longer working etc. for guests
Bedroom and bathroom structure was not clear whatsoever. 2 out of the 3 bathrooms are inside bedrooms which isn’t ideal when you have large group. They advertise the room with 2 beds has plenty of space and you can barely walk in there let alone have 2 adults share space. Small twin beds.

We enjoyed our stay at Amberwood Drive. It was at a great location, close to our golf courses, supplies, and restaurants. Looking forward to having the opportunity to stay there the next time we come to the Chandler/Phoenix area.

Stayed here with our children and grandchildren, had a fabulous time, the home is clean, plenty of sleeping accommodations, hot tub and pool were amazing. We would for sure stay again!

The house was spotless. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub were as advertised. Great location. Very safe. Easy access to hiking trails. Our host was always available in case we had an issue.

The hot tub is ran from a tablet which had to be plugged in just right to charge. The entire system ran from the tablet is difficult and hard to navigate. The host was responsive and helpful and tried to help out getting the hot tub to work while we were there, however, did not have the best of luck either.
If they can figure out the hot tub and have more consistency of pool and hot tub working we would definitely come back.

This is our 2nd year in a row that we stayed here as a last family vacation before the kids go back to school. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 and had everything we needed. The pool was a great size and kids ranging from 8 to 13 enjoyed each and every day in the pool. The owner was easily accessible and responsive. We love this house.

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. Plenty of space inside and out. Location was awesome. Not to far from most local attractions, about a 35 min drive but far enough away for that secluded quiet vacation feel we were looking for. Only con we had was more of an inconvenience…the pool and spa app wasn’t working properly so we had to text Jeremy every time we wanted them turned on., however, Jeremy made us feel very comfortable by reassuring us that texting him was not an issue. He took care of the pool in a matter of seconds. Definitely recommended and will definitely come again.

The location was amazing and the house was fantastic! Super close to some fun hiking spots. The pool was also very nice and had plenty of lawn chairs.
Unfortunately though several items did not work while we were there. The hot tub was nonfunctional. The owner was working to fix it throughout our stay and promised to reduce our payment for the inconvenience (currently waiting for this promise to be fulfilled). We also wanted to use the fire pit but could not get it to work. Both the fire pit and hot tub were huge reasons we chose to stay here so it was a definitely disappointing neither worked.

We travelled with another couple and had a great time overall!! Great gated community, excellent home and plenty of rooms to use comfortably. Pool was great, hot tub; great amenity. Owner was good about communication, even during later hours.
We will be back to AZ!!

The house is large and well equipped with 3 full bathrooms--most properties we looked at had 2 or 2 1/2. The pool and hot tub were great, and the landscaping is really nice. The property is a bit far out, and no restaurants and shops are in the vicinity, but access to Highway 202 is easy.

Outstanding and beautiful property for girls trip of 6. The house was so spacious; bedrooms, bathrooms, overall living space was very nice. Amazing kitchen and the pool and patio--perfection!! Very close to awesome hiking trails. We could not have been happier. Also--Jeremy was the MOST responsive and accommodating--the BEST EVER!! We are already planning our next trip back. Book this house - it will not disappoint. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was incredible!! Heated pool and hot tub were a real treat everyday. Property was clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying the Phoenix area.

Our family enjoyed staying in this house during spring break. Location in a quiet neighborhood next to a preserve with hiking/walking/running trails was great! Groceries, restaurants, and interstate were only 5–10-minute drive from the house. Spacious and very clean house. Comfy furniture, soft sheets and good wifi. Relaxing outdoor space with comfortable deck chairs and loungers. Deep pool was great for the kids. The colored pool lighting was fun in the evenings. High quality gas grill with gas provided. Garage available for use; it was nice to be able to keep the car out of the sun.
Items to be aware of: Owners were up front that in the winter months the pool company does not remove covers, thus the pool could be somewhat dirty, which we did experience. Guests need to remove, store in garage and then re-install pool covers. Diving board was not installed. Basic starter supplies (one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, bar of soap and liquid dish soap) provided.

My family and I really enjoyed the property it was very beautiful home we enjoyed everything the jacuzzi and the pool and the owners rules are very simple the people are nice and it's very important to have car Arizona is very beautiful and I would recommend the property to anyone . From the time we arrived to the time we departed, the home was perfect for our adult vacation for 8. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were good. The kitchen had the utensils/appliances we needed. I would suggested adding a wash cloth to the provided, but we made due with the sponge. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. We utilized the hot tub the most due to the temperatures but on our last day we had a full pool/hot tub day. Weather is no fault of the owner. At the 80 degrees of the pool we could have utilized it more, we just chose to use the hot tub more. A couple of very minor issues not worth noting have been discussed with the owner, Jeremy, which he was very resourceful and accessible thorough out our trip! I would highly recommend this home to any adults looking to get away for an adult trip, or even to a family with children. I would note that if you take children, make note that the pool used to have a diving board so there is a deep end and it does drop fast from the shallow to deep end to accommodate.

This was the best rental property that we ever stayed in. We often talk about how much we want to go back. The property was clean, the owners were responsive and helpful, and the view in the back was amazing. Loved the hot tub and pool.

Great property. Lots of room for a large group. Backyard is amazing with hot tub, heated pool and bonfire pit. You can just hang out at the house all day. The only negative for us was there were no toiletries or dishwashing/laundry detergent so we had to go out and buy those things.

We had 4 adults and 3 teens - and there was plenty of room! It worked out great there was a master suite and a in law quarters - separate baths for two adult couples and then The teens had their own bathroom too.
The pool was fantastic, the diving board was not there as in pics but it didn’t ruin anything we still enjoyed the pool - it was top notch!
The kitchen had all items needed plus more! Also plenty of room to cook and visit with family!
The beds were comfy and provided a great night sleep!
My one and only complaint is the air - however I totally understand due to heat and cooling costs. It was a bit warm in the house considering it was cool outside. At night it was a bit warm but luckily the ceiling fans worked wonders!
Contact with owner was exceptional. One night the door got reset and we could not get in. A quick and simple call and our code was reset.
I would stay here over and over again.
