Breakfast is quite good, staff are very friendly to help ; Rooms are clean and tidy , and we can see the roof top of Taj Mahal from the window!! Very promising!
So far so good, it is exceeding my expectation;

Good position for Taj Mahal. Reception team were helpful especially Anil. The small Pool looked ok although lacking sunbeds/shade. The spa treatment was good and not too bad value for a branded hotel.
Would have been nice to have somewhere more ambient/ comfortable to have a drink.
The rooftop restaurant was tired with no real shaded areas.
The downstairs restaurant was cold and unwelcoming (not the staff, but the decor). The ‘pub’ really needs a refurb -
V strange atmosphere. Also stop boring us with constantly having to look at menus via a QR code.
Just thought the Radisson would be a bit better with the above.

Conveniently located close to the Taj Mahal. The facilities are great, comfortable bed and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Despite the good service and amenities, the overall experience did not quite feel like a 5-star hotel.
The food definitely needs significant improvement. The selection of dishes was disappointing, and most of the food we tried was quite bland and lacked flavour. This was one of the biggest areas where the hotel fell short of expectations for a 5-star property
