The apartment is cosy and with lots of light, windows on both sides, beautiful. It felt very much like being home. But foremost: Franca is an excellent host. Very kind and quick in answering any question, she also provided suggestions on dinner places, etc. It is clear we will book here again should we come back to Frankfurt in the future.

Our apartment was clean and the host was excellent. We had great communication, simple check in/out process, toiletries and some food provided for us also. The location is very central and 5 minutes walk from Gibson club which was great for our group on holiday in Frankfurt.

Centrally located with easy public transportation connections. Apartment has everything as mentioned in the description with simple breakfast.
Many items are with small packaging, eg. jams, honey, butter, cheese spread, soaps and shampoo. Not environmentally friendly, could be improved.

B&B My place was clean, and the breakfast was very nice. We had an easy, smooth self-check in. The host was responsive and helpful even when we weren't. The location was awesome.

the apartment was perfect and exactly as described. it was perfect location to the Christmas markets which is what we wanted. will definitely stay here again :)

very convenient area for shopping and sightseeing
needs a bit more comfort, couch very uncomfortable, tv had only a few Chanel’s working Area outside towards Konstablerwache not too clean.
Bathroom no separate shower, for elderly visitors a bit difficult to climb into bath to shower

Apartment was neat, clean and felt very much like staying at home.

Very nice place and very nice host :-) lot of restaurant and supermarket next to the apartment.
Lot of noise during the night in the week end but this is because the apartment is situated in the city center ;-)

I can't fault anything about this apartment, you can find everything you need.Breakfast that is included in a price would be basic :tea,coffe,spreadable cheese,butter,bread,jam,nuttella,orange juice. Coffe pods for coffe machine

the apartment was bigger than what we expected. everything was very cleaned and pretty. Franca and Antonella provided us great breakfast and coffee. We will definitely come back

B&B MY PLACE mit Frühstückspaket is superb place to stay. The host was always available to message and respond promptly on our inquery. The apartment itself is very clean and rooms are big and bright. The host was flexible with both check in and check out. This place is close to everything but talked away so we slept very well since there was no noise.
There is nothing I can complain about. We LOVED the place and would want to stay every time we visit Frnakfurt.
Really recommending this location for stays in Frankfurt! You will NOT regret it.

Host was always available to message and very flexible with many of our requests, super helpful with tipps around the area and what not to miss out on. Location, the apartment itself and specially cleanliness, but also the included breakfast amenity was absolutely superb! Also, flexible with both check in and check out since our flights were later in the evening and even delayed.
To be honest there isnothing I could complain about. Maybe only that we stayed way too short at this amazing apartment. Really recommending this location for stays in Frankfurt! You will NOT regret it :)

Really great location, very centre and lots of restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk.
Nicely decorated clean room.
It has everything you need in kitchen and a nice breakfast set.
The lift to the room was quite small (but still functioning fine).

The area in general was great. I was there for work, but think the area is great for tourists as well.
The rooms were decorated very nicely and had all that I needed for my short stay in Frankfurt.
The door is not the easiest to find at night, but the hosts were easy to reach and helped guide me.

Wish parking was easier; the hallway smelled really horribly for whatever reason…

2. Frosted window in the toilet is almost see through during night time
3. There is no lock for the bedroom door
