Easy communication with the host, location - 1i0 min walk from the train station, the Promenade, Hafen and the Kanal , clean, comfortable and well equipped.
For someone the walls might be too thin

Great location with several parking options nearby. The apartment itself was nicely looked after and really clean. All in all a great experience.

Great little spot with very helpful hosts. The building manager even dropped by to see if there was anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
All instructions and info in German, but easy enough to translate via booking's app.

nothing special
I could not understand how it is possible to check in after 4pm and check out at 10, that is, you enter late and leave early, very convenient for the company.
On the day of departure, I decided to leave at 10 according to the rule, someone has arrived, who, seeing me still there, has spoken rudely to me, insinuating that I should leave the property immediately, I think you can be polite, to request something , it is not necessary to be aggressive with clients we are all people we deserve tolerance, or perhaps the client is not the reason for being.
