The staff were friendly, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It’s located just out of Ortesei main town but there’s a bus stop right in front and with the Val Gardena pass that is provided buses are free which actually worked out better as there’s not much parking in town.

Very good breakfast, clean apartment, included ticket to ride bus and use the community pool.
A little further out of town than I was expecting. Some of the pictures are not of the property and perhaps I missed some of the details when reading the property description. The pool is a community pool (very nice) but not on the property. A little awkward to shower as there is no curtain, but you get used to it! Overall good stay though.

Hotel is in good location, clean parking area is very good.
The bathroom has only one room is not convenience for 2 couples.

The property was quiet, located right next to the bus station to make it easy to get to and from town and had a good size room.
The hotel is very dated, and is in need of modernisation, there is no atmosphere and we also noted when we stated to wash some of our pots in the sink, the sponge was already heavily used which is very poor. We were also told the tennis was covered with our pass which you receive when checking in however this was actually false when we asked at the tennis centre they said they do not agree to this.
