We were able to drop off luggage before check in time. Walked to train station to return to Amsterdam. It was a little confusing at first but everyone was nice and helped navigate. Town is lovely I wish I had time to explore more.

Picky American here, no central AC and no screens on windows, typical European! There was a portable AC unit in our room. That worked nicely.

Location close to Amsterdam including the proximity of the train station, located in a very nice, characterful and charming town. Boutique hotel owner Bo and staff very friendly. Room comfortable and clean complete with nespresso coffee maker and other amenities as listed. Will certainly repeat the experience!

nice location in quiet village

We had booked what looked like a thriving little hotel with personality with a waterfront terrace for drinks and a restaurant for meals, so booked room with dinner, perfect for a first night after a long journey.A day before our arrival the new owners contacted us to say the restaurant would be closed, so we had to be booked elsewhere. On our arrival we found the whole place was closed, with no staff present during our stay at all. We had to wait outside with another guest and contact the owners as we hadn’t received a code for the key box. Might as well have booked a self service holiday let. It looked like it could all be lovely when it was open!
