Location was perfect for climbing Snowdon. Menu was limited but food was excellent.
Shower leaked out on to bathroom flow and toilet awkwardly placed. No breakfast facility know but disappointed bar not open on the Saturday afternoon.

Room was a bit too warm at night and first thing in the morning for myself.

The hair dryer is not working well. The location is good, but there contactless check in business model needs to be competed with Air BnB and I do not think your hotel has an advantage against them.
Practically no face to face customer service in the hotel.
