Bed was very comfortable
Location was great

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking, this is not described when you book the hotel

Location. This hotel is well situated and not too expensive. Good breakfast.
The place needs modernisation. Bad smell everywhere. Feels dirty and probably this why we saw a cockroach in the dining room. Parking not provided.

Traveling as a family. We liked the space was large, and our teenagers had separate single beds. The rooms were separated, but was open with no doors.
Bed mattresses were comfortable. Linen basic though.
Staff were friendly.
Wi-Fi and air con.
The lift was broken, and we were on the top (4th floor).
No flat sheets. No fridge. No car park included (but we were able to park right out front for an extra fee- that was good)
Only think sheer curtains, we wake early so not a problem. No block out.

The position is absolutely fabulous , and the towels were replaced regularly
The balcony was dirty and rusty, and the guy from the Breakfast bar was not to gently

The view from our room right over the water was spectacular. For our one night between Nice and Marseille by train, a seaside stopover was a treat. The tiniest two person lift has to be seen to be believed! It is amazing! Our bed was very large and very comfortable. Having a restaurant and bar onsite was handy for us.
I am guessing the building was originally art deco, but it has been updated a few times, not always for the better. The walls in our room were neo-Tuscan. The floor coverings felt like vinyl or plastic.

Maybe as a resident a % could be taken off for drink and food in the bar / restaurant ??

Perfect location but didn’t have breakfast in hotel. Staff were amazing .. very efficient and friendly.

Great location over looking the sea, beds were very comfortable, we did managed to move the single beds around so that the kids were not next to each other. The room was always cleaned well. There was always hot water.for showering and we always had 4 bottles of water left daily - we were in a room for 4- family. Air conditioned. towels changed daily.
Rooms were spacious.
Good breakfast.
Only a small wooden wardrobe and 4 hangers for a family room and No drawers for storage. plenty of room for another wardroom to be fitted or chest of drawers to be places. No balcony small railing over looking a window sill with bird mess on it there fore unable to hang towels outside to dry. There were no hooks to hang anything on - 6 small hooks in bathroom for towels, therefore all wet clothes and towels stayed wet and didn’t not dry, even in the bathroom, we had to take all of our wet things and dry them on the beach the following day.
Unable to change air conditioning below 22oC as this was the standard temp. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Our room door didn’t shut properly and needed to be slammed a few times before it worked.
Lift very thin and small , adults may have been able to get in side ways but difficult with cases. 96 steps to the 4th top floor. Not great if you have mobility needs.

Location was superb. Across from beach and with stunning views from balcony. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
It's an older hotel but simple comfortable rooms. The shower wasnt great but everything else was good.

I liked the view and location and the staff.
The room smelled like mold all the time, which I would not have been able to handle for a longer time, but our trip was saved by the nice balcony, service and place.
But it really seems like there is a mold problem somewhere!
Also a thing that was a bit bad, was the music in the bar below that played until 23 at night. But it was part of the experience and ok for me - but an older couple or people with small kids probably wouldn't be able to take it.

The hotel is situated at a beautiful place. The staff was very kind, I would give 11 points to them. The room was big enough for 4 of us and the beds were comfortable. The view during breakfast is amazing. There are many restaurants nearby.
The range of food at breakfast is very limited. The elevator in the hotel is a joke. I'm not a big guy, but could hardly fit in there. So if you have big luggage, prepare for the stairs.

Really helpful staff. Very good airconditioning. Excellent location. Comfortable beds.
Staircase and corridors are OK but not as friendly as the room and the staff. It was hard to find out where is the garage.

The family room was clean and comfortable. The location and the view were perfect. The room was nicer than the rest of the hotel facilities.
The shower did not work that well and the drain in the bathroom smelt slightly.
