Clean and location was great!!

The interaction/service from outside plumber who came due to plumbing issues.

Clean, close to ski resort

Too many messages from rental company, taking out trash and running dishwasher???? Why would I do that after paying $220 a night? Pool table had tears in it, hot tubs are in a terrible location, unit needs updating.

Clean and modern. Three TVs. Kitchen was well equipped.

Too hot- No air conditioning. No pool even though a pool was shown as an enmity. Water tasted bad and looked alittle cloudy. Bath floor was slippery- could use handicapped rails. More information should have been given to us about parking, entry from the basement and better directions. We had a hard time finding the garage opening. Pool tables had balls but no cues. One of the pool tables was ripped and therefor not useable. Since there is no check in counter at the hotel, you're on your own. Contact with Summit was limited by electronic answering service. That is not good when you have a problem and need help.

Everything about the stay was amazing. The views, the facilities, the staff. Only issue we had was that drunk guy that was walking up and down the hallway and trying to get into our room. All this happened while I was at the emergency room with my oldest daughter and my wife was at the lodge with our 4 kids.

The rooms cleanliness was amazing.

Beautiful area, great view! Would have loved to see it before Corona.

We did not have hot water or a working fridge. Was not able to get it fixed until the next due to corona. Everything is closed also due to corona.

We loved this condo! It was very spacious, close to the Lake Dillion, and shopping. The staff is “AMAZING” and very responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they immediately took care of it for us. They also told us about the extra discounted day, that we took advantage of it❤️

This has nothing to do with the unit but it was really sad to see how many restaurants and stores closed due to COVID-19.
