Everything! The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome straight away. The hotel itself is beautiful. What we most liked is all the attention to detail, including the turn down service and the pillow menu.

It has a good location, 5 min from the Notre Dame and Post Office, 9 min from the War Museum. Good Cafes and restaurants around. Try the 4Ps Pizza.

The room size could be a bit bigger but it is fine if you spend the entire day out.

Nice and cozy rooms, very clean, super friendly staff, good location in Saigon. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good and the rooftop bar and pool are very nice. Good for couples and families/friend groups.

The workers are very professional and always treat you with respect and a lot of attention...if I had to highlight one person, who with his professionalism and his always so attentive and wonderful smile, makes arriving at the Hotel like coming home .....it is Tram BAO.

Great boutique hotel, fantastic breakfast and rooftop. Good quality and attention to details everywhere. Rooms are slightly small for the price paid but overall probably the best value for money in town.

Not the typical sort of hotels that are everywhere and good counter staff that attended and assisted at the busy hour at the time that I checked in.

believe of the Green initiatives, the walkway leading to the room was a little stuffy as the AC was either turned off or set to a higher temperature

Great staff made us feel really welcome and we're very accommodating. Roof top amazing, pool great and room really comfortable with everything we needed for a city stay.

We were told breakfast was included when we checked in, but it was not, so had to pay additional charges. The issue was more woth booking.com as the information on our reservation showed breakfast included, which was misleading as was not.

Great customer service from check-in to check-out. Incredibly kind housekeeping and valet. Rooms are a good size with modern decor and amenities.

Bathroom could use more hooks. Not many places to hang a towel.

Stunning and well-curated artwork nestles everywhere in this beautiful hotel - a place that provides a high end oasis from the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is superb - however as a professional female I found the room designs lacked consideration of my needs. The hairdryer is impossible to use near a mirror without standing in front of a wardrobe; the lighting is too poor to put on make up with any confidence ; there was nowhere to sit that had a mirror (it would have been very easy to rectify this. Similarly - whilst the rooftop and pool bar offered stunning views and a breeze I would gladly have paid for ;), I was served a lobster roll with shell inside - and no offer of an alternative when this was pointed out - a little disappointing. otherwise I can’t fault the staff.

service is top notch and beyond expectations. They offered the spa area for us to clean up after check out. There are also many hidden gems very next to the hotel including CTY and pizza 4P. The hotel roof top is also amazing.

All the staff were friendly & helpful. The facilities were good with a luxurious, relaxing feel.

A guest to the rooftop bar was hogging the lift preventing my colleague and I to return to our rooms after a drink at the rooftop bar. She was doing some sort of photo shoot in the lift. Each time we pressed for the lift, the lift she was in opened and she stopped us from going in saying she is doing a photo shoot. This is not acceptable.

The breakfast was good. Big choice of Vietnamese food and friendly staff.

A lot of staff didn’t speak or understand basic English.
