Clean well equipped and comfortable Apartment cleaned twice with h replacement linen etc twice during my stay

Nothing to dislike about property only could have had some instructions on how to use the tv never got the hang of it.

I liked a lot the location. I felt save to walk from Vasco da Gama shopping center to the apartment almost midnight. The shopping was our last point of the evening every single day. We use bolt to go to everywhere and the location helps was perfect. Options for dinner , breakfast and supermarket very close. The apartment have a kitchen with everything necessary. It's a very clean place .we were free tp laughing, talking and not be sacred for the volume. I went with a 18 and 14 years old and they have enjoyed the place and the location. We went with bolt that it's cheaper than uber to everywhere in special Lisboa center, sintra, Cascais and etc. I stayed 10 days for vacation in Portugal. We live in the Netherlands. For sure will come back to this apartment and I am already recommending to friends. The ladies in the app , have been ALWAYS so helpful and quick to answer and provide the service. The sofa bed that my son slept is hard like a stone. After couple of days I asked for a ticke blanket to try to make a bit easier for sleeping. However he survived 10 days and this have not been negative in his holiday.

I loved the property. It’s perfectly located if you want to be in Parque das NAÇOES. Every time I go to Lisbon I try to book in that building. A big plus for the parking slot in the building. Moscavide subway on the premises, airport really close, grocery store and restaurants all around, specially in Dom Jaoa II road. Great walks next to Tejo river, as well things to do like Oceanario de Lisboa, Gare do Oriente and Vasco da Gama shopping. If you want to be located in a quiet neighborhood, 30 mins away in subway where most of tourists go, it’s your place. Definitely I’d book it again.

I couldnt put the code i struggled and the securities are not helpful. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my stay. Before arriving, I requested a room with a walk-in shower because my mother was expected to travel with us and would have had difficulty using a bathtub. Although my mother later decided not to come, I made the request well in advance and never received a response. I even asked a friend to contact the property on my behalf, and she was only told that someone would get back to her, which never happened. I was also disappointed that some of the facilities described in the listing were not provided as expected. The description mentioned cleaning products and toiletries. However, there was only a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser and small towels. For a 10-day stay, only two dishwasher tablets were provided, which was insufficient. The dishwasher also had no salt or rinse aid. In addition, there were no cleaning products available for the kitchen or bathroom, and I had to purchase washing-up liquid myself. There was also no broom or mop available to clean the floors during our stay. Overall, communication was poor, and the facilities provided did not match the description. For these reasons, I was disappointed with the accommodation and would not rate the experience highly.
