Awesome period flat with everything a person could need. Excellent comms from owner, very secure access behind lockable metal gate. Medium street noise but "characterful" rather than annoying. Very convenient for train station. Decent selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. A mall and different shops are within a walking distance. The owner of apartment was very friendly and helped whenever we needed some help. I definitely recommend this apartment and we will be back if we come to Budapest again!

Apartment was super nice. Location is quite central.

Clean, spacious flat, good wifi signal, very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. Close to public transport including city trams and buses (6-8 minutes walking distance). Nice building style, modern furniture, very nice neighbors especially the lady which helped us in the check in process. The host was kind to accept to have a late check out on request. Much appreciated

Two main issues which made the stay awful and could have been avoided. The first is the extreme cold flat due to an error made by the previous guest (as the host explained), we stayed for four nights, three of which we were shaking especially at night. We ended up with sore throat! The owner came in person next day and tried to manually adjust the control but soon the temperature dropped afterwards. We had all our thick outdoor clothes on and even contacted the Booking who pushed the host to reply for the second time. They figured the issue on the third day and fixed it temporarily saying it was automatically disconnected. The second issue is the strong detergent smell of the whole apartment. The moment we entered the flat. It's in every spot but mainly in the sheets. We brought our own sheets and used them. Yes it's clean and they were making sure to keep it clean during COVID 19 pandemic but they could have chosen unscented detergent, taking in consideration people with allergy. We raised this to the owner when he came but he only shrugged his shoulders and did nothing! When we came home, we were washed all our clothes, the smell stuck to them! Sadly we had to throw some as well. It was unbearable Not the best check in experience especially with the old fashioned black door in the corridor, thanks to the neighbor who helped us more than once to get in and out. Very few toilet papers and only men shower gels and shampoos etc , all were almost empty! We didn't use any! Such a miserable physical, psychologicql experience with financial loss!

Good looking, very spacious apartment, even better than in the photos. It was exceptionally clean. The host is very helpful, there was no problem to leave our luggage before check in. The location is great, close to Nyugati Palyaudvar station, a really good place to explore the city. We have loved our stay and would like to come again.
