A place full of great qualities. Homely peaceful stay.

If there's any wedding function happening when you reach there, don't hesitate to enter. You can walk into the main entrance and turn left. There's a lift and direction to go to the residence lobby. At first I thought I was at the wrong place when I saw crowds attending the wedding dinner, but luckily they have clear directional signage. Booked a room for 3 adults but could fit five of us. Toilet enough to fit 2 wheelchairs. The room has a well run ceiling fan & air-cond. Requested an iron to be ready in my room and they did. Comfy bed to have a good sleep. Good lighting to make up. Safe and secure parking space. Tv, fridge, cuckoo & microwave are so convenient and ready to use outside your room. Top-quality cleanliness. To me, the front desk staff also makes a really good first impression, he is helpful, efficient and provides a positive mood. Sad leaving this place so soon, we will definitely be back. I love 1ACS Residences.

Very good

as photos display, it's same building with Church. I like to stay at this place. 1) The room size was OK. 2)Clean and Comfortable. 3) Facilities = no TV in the room. TV and freeze at outside reception

3 of us at family big room. Clean, comfortable and convenience. Dobi shop is nearby, so we could wash our cloths very easily. Restoran 7 star cafe within walking distance.

Clean room and friendly staffs. Extremely worth your money

1ACS Hostel is one of my all time favourite place to stay in Kuching. This place is actually located above a church so the parking is very safe(within church compound). It is very clean and staffs are also very helpful and friendly. I feel that the space and cleanliness of the room is much better than a certain famous budget airlines franchise hotel.

Since it is located above a hall/church, although it is located on the 3rd storey sometimes the activities can get a little loud. Other than that, most of the time it is actually very quiet and peaceful.

Maybe another lift in future. Because the lift was out of order when I was there and I was leaving had luggages to carry down. But luckily staff were nice enough to help us with the luggage.

1) Affordable, quiet and clean. 2) The staff offers 5-star service. Nice & courteous. 3) Ample parking space.

This will be my first choice accommodation on my next visit to Kuching.

Easy parking, good location, room and bathroom equipped with all necessities. Very convenient design with multiple power points at different corners of the room.

The bedsheet and blanket have some stains and a musty smell. But all other areas of the room are sparkling clean.
