Couldn't get TV in lounge area to work, couldn't find a way to drop temperature so room was very hot

Nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much.
Nothing.

It was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs.
The one small window in the flat did not allow much air flow. It was extremely hot. There was no extra fan to help cool the space. It was hard to sleep and so warm it was uncomfortable to be in the room. Also would have appreciated a hair dryer.

Location and easy to self-check in.
Temperature inside the apartment - not able to control/adjust despite having a “thermostat”.
Even with the window to the street opened up, it is always higher than 24.5degC - too hot.
Noise from the street (Baker street) because have to open window to try to reduce the temperature of the flat.
Property contact said will send someone in to check the thermostat but did not appear to happen at all.
