A very kind and helpful Colombian girl who works at the reception. Good location if you want to explore the city on foot, just next to the train and bus stations. Generally clean and in a good condition.
VERY NOISY! A group of children (sports team) was staying at the same time. They were loud and banging the doors from 5am to 8am (in the morning) and then between 23-24 at night. It was very difficult to get any rest. Rooms have no sound proofing.
The bed was so tiny that even with my average height (178cm), my legs were out of it... I think it's the first place I have ever stayed where the bed was so BAD!

Very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location! The best part by far was the staff. Isabella helped me print important documents and find a convenient bus from Santander to Santillana del Mar. I was blow away by the hospitality and warmth!

Very friendly and helpful receptionist (thank you) and location is close to the bus station.
Very expensive for a simple box room with a bed and a dark window into a courtyard. No kitchen facilities and shared bathroom. Like a very basic hostel but hotel prices.
