sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt
konnten uns leider nicht auf Englisch verständigen, WLAN im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert

You come for the location, and for the enclosed parking. The view, if you have the luck of the right room orientation, is magnificent. The a/c in the rooms worked well, and the small balcony is nice and useful to dry clothes and swimwear. The rest is very basic. Internet connection is ok.
The whole hotel and room facilities are a little worn out and would require some renovation.
Ventilation in the bathroom was not working very well, and it never cleared of humidity after shower without opening the door. This happened to me in a previous trip too, in another room, so it is maybe a systematic issue.
Sometimes, staff can be little useful or kind. But at least at my arrival, they were :-)

The location is really very good, a few meters from the beach, from the promenade and shops and restaurants, from a playground. The rooms was very comfortable as well and the owner friendly. Breakfast was really great.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. a short walk into town and was quieter than being in town. we enjoyed the beach views. And it was great to have reserved private parking.
There view did have quite a few power lines in the way, but it was still beautiful. It was a little noisy in the morning as construction around the hotel was being done.

Very clean. Easy to get in and out of , very friendly staff So so centrally located. It is right in the heart of gorgeous Marzamemi.
It was perfect. Only down side could be there is no elevator which may be a problem for some

Friendly host who provided 2 bottles of the water in the fridge of the room.

the historic town, very good breakfast and good car parking secure. great views from top floor. The restaurants are very expensive comparing to local region.
They advise the lift was broken down to fin there is NO lift, dragging 2 suit case to second floor??? Even thought staff helped. The beach is very questionable. is plagued with see grass therefor not good for a beach location.
