Everything was perfect and beautiful from the beautiful gardens to the friendly and efficient check in and the continued outstanding service of the staff. Food highly recommended.
Maybe some shelter protection for visitors cars. Was relevant during our stay as we took excursion to Sani Pass and experienced hail storm which raised concern of whether our car was at risk
Also had to ask reception for an adaptor to charge our cellphones as no 2 pin or USB charge points. First time to experience this problem.

Wonderful stay. Staff were amazing and went out their way to accommodate us.

Room was spacious and had all amenities to keep it warm. Serene surroundings. Friendly staff.
Our room was by the eating area / reception, it can get noisy. Generally constrained hours - dinner service ends at 7pm (from 5pm), no opportunity for lunch service and same limited breakfast daily. Cleaning at a specific time, otherwise you can’t be accommodated.
