lovely place to stay , They are some animals which so nice for kids

all very clean, coffee, tea, alcohol, all was available. beautiful and clean bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding, the best ever.
The property was very noisy, you could hear the neighbours very good.

unfriendly staff, if you go there, then be prepared that next time you may be denied in the houses, because you can simply ignore them, they will walk near you and find out how you are doing when it is inappropriate, rating 2 to the staff !!!

Room was nicely decorated, friendly host, good breakfast at a reasonable price and the countryside surrounding.
The only minus were the two separate douvets. Not so cosy for a couple.

Absolutely clean, modern, welll decorated, spacious, all required facilities for a nice stay, quiet, facing the nature, sorrounded by guests-friendly pets (goats and exotic chickens). Good bed, good pillows and nice room temperature. Location is perfect to visit Hattem, Kampen and Zwolle. The way of serving breakfast wilth everything well thought. Covid 19 compliant meassures.
