Price quality value is good. Everything like on pics.
Carpet in the living room would be good, as floor is cold and made of tiles.

I needed somewhere that had secure parking & I wanted it in Mirajampolė. I couldn’t have wished for better, great location & so helpful recommending a Nica’s for food. Couple of areas for sitting outside.
Nothing really but I didn’t use the kitchen facilities so can’t comment on those.

Very comfortable and quiet. Had a great sleep in a very comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained. Washing machine and good kitchen equipment.
Fan heater and probably would not be able to handle the cold weather. Small bathroom could be an issue if mobility issues.
