Limoni Restaurant was excellent. Fawzi, a member of Limoni’s staff was really nice. A kind chef in the main restaurant made us Halva upon our request. Hotel had a lot of activities, different restaurants, etc which made our stay more pleasant.

Maybe it would be better if they put more table tissue in the room. Golf carts’ drivers were talking on their phone most of the time while driving. Shisha in shisha bar can be upgraded.

High level of hospitality from check in till the last minute there. We even decided to extend our staying. Very nice facilities for small kids, excellent food, good beach, sea like specially made for small babies. Great service everywhere. For sure we are considering to come back again.

There is no barrier free access to reception, at least we did not find it and with strolley it was a challenge. And 2nd.. reservation to a la carte restaurant requires booking too in advance. We was able to choose convenient time only to one of them during a week staying. But main restaurant is great anyway, we liked it much. Thanks

In der riesigen und sehr gepflegten Hotelanlage findet jeder Gast alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Es gibt viele Bereiche nur für Erwachsene, sodass man abseits des Kindergetümmels wirklich super entspannen kann. Es gibt aber auch sehr viel Animation für Kinder und Erwachsene und das Gute war, dass ich mich überhaupt nicht davon gestört gefühlt habe, denn ich persönlich brauche so etwas nicht. Der Strand ist riesig und sehr gepflegt, es gibt dort mehr als ausreichend Liegen und auch wunderschöne Pavillons. Das Wasser ist zwar mehrere Hunderte Meter von Ufer entfernt immer noch sehr flach, aber am Ende eines extra eingerichteten Steges kann man in tieferen Gewässern schwimmen und schnorcheln, denn da ist ein Hausriff mit vielen tollen Fischen. Die Anlage ist trotz der Größe sehr gepflegt. Das Essen fand ich insgesamt sowohl im Hauptrestaurant als auch in den 6 A La Carte Restaurants insgesamt sehr gut (außer im libanesischen Restaurant). Am besten fand ich Teppanyaki. Das war ein tolles Erlebnis! Die Qualität der Getränke ist super! Der Wellness-Bereich mit 2 Saunas, einem Dampfbad und Jacuzzi ist richtig schön gemacht und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und im Bad gibt es eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.

Das einzige Problem des Hotels ist der miserable Service, der dazu führte, dass ich schon am dritten Tag das Hotel wechseln wollte. Als ich zum vereinbarten Termin im ersten A La Carte Restaurant (libanesisches) erschienen bin, hat man mir zwar einen ungedeckten Tisch zugewiesen, aber dann saß ich noch 20 min so da und wartete auf die Karte, bis ich dann aufgestanden bin und das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, dass ich schon seit 20 min da sitze. Aber auch danach wurde es nicht wirklich besser. Ich musste mehrmals aufstehen, um mir etwas zu holen oder etwas nachzubestellen. Das gleiche Erlebnis hatte ich nämlich schon im Hauptrestaurant und in den Bars. Ich musste ständig für mich selbst sorgen: Karte holen gehen, zum Kellner laufen, um etwas zu bestellen und dann noch Tausend Mal aufstehen, weil die Kellner ständig etwas vergessen haben, zum Beispiel einen Löffel für die Suppe. Ich habe einmal beispielsweise 3 verschiedene Kellner in der Strandbad nach Ketchup zu Pommes gefragt und nach 10 min bin ich aufgestanden und habe es mir selbst an der Bar geholt. Am Strand gibt es auch Service und da war, glaube ich, wegen des Personalmangels der eine Kellner einfach überfordert, sodass er meine Bestellungen häufiger vergessen hat und mich vor allem am Anfang einfach ignoriert hat. Nachdem ich das Hotel wechseln wollte, hatte ich ein Gespräch mit dem Manager und dem guest relation office. Die Mädels von Guest Relation machten den Eindruck, wirklich besorgt zu sein und haben es versucht, mich zu überzeugen, dem Hotel noch eine Chance zu geben. Der Manager hatte meine (so mein Eindruck) Beschwerden nicht wirklich ernst nehmen wollen. Doch eine Besserung habe ich auch nach diesem Gespräch nicht wirklich gespürt. Ich habe mich dann nach ein paar Tagen einfach damit abgefunden. Eine Entschuldigungskultur gibt es im Hotel auch übrigens auch nicht.

I like very much a la carte restaurant.

The beach snack bar we always wait the food 30/40 minutes. Coctail very simple sometimes I not get strow.

Det är ett enastående hotell! Det passade vår familj utmärkt (barn 9 och 11 år). Otroligt vackert, avkopplande och med flera restauranger med mat i absoluta toppklass. Personalen är fantastiska, bland andra vår städare Mohammed och servitör Ibrahim. Arkitekturen, utformningen av hotellet är enastående. Det är helt klart värt att välja ”all inclusive”. Barnen var väldigt nöjda även om det inte fanns till exempel rutschkanor.

Det är ett fint och modernt gym, men om jag hade fått önska hade jag gärna sett en olympiskt viktstång (20 kilo) och möjlighet till bänkpress, knäböj och marklyft.

+ Freundlichkeit/Service/Bemühtheit der Mitarbeiter + Qualität des Essens + Kinderclub/Minidisko war super - besonders Albina im Kinderclub verdient ein Riesen Lob! + schön warmer Kinderpool + wir waren mit allem super glücklich!!!

Pontile un pò lungo ma barriera corallina e quantità di pesci eccellente. Inoltre è possibile per i bambini fare il bagno perchè non ci sono molte rocce e coralli sul bagnasciuga. Ristoranti alla carte molto buoni. Teppaniaki eccellente

Super staff who all went out of their way to be polite and helpful. Spotlessly clean at all times and the food was very good.

The hotel was faultless. The only annoyance was the practice of guests reserving sun loungers (towels down super early in the mornings), and then not occupying them. Despite signage to the contrary, this meant that poolside space was a rarity. A minor blip in an otherwise perfect stay.

Honestly...everything was perfect - the food was exceptional, both at the main (buffet) restaurant, and at the A La Carte places we visited (Lebanese, Asian and Seafood). The whole resort is beautifully maintained - the pools are large and varied, the rooms immaculate and the grounds are wonderful. The staff are exceptionally friendly and will do anything they can to enhance your experience. A wander down the private jetty is highly recommended - even if you don't want to go snorkelling at the end, you can see a great range of wildlife over the side of the jetty itself just by looking down into the sea.

The beach and the Red Sea was amazing. Great food variety.

The lighting in the rooms and bathroom could be better. Wish they had a juice or smoothie bar.

Exceptional service, attention to details. It’s not a 5* hotel, it’s a 7*. You feel like in a Cote d’Azur four seasons boutique hotel and not Egypt! Definitely will be back and recommend to colleagues and friends!

Yemek ve içecek bölümündeki tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkürler, her şey olağanüstüydü.

Uçuşumuz sebebi ile Otele sabaha karşı vardık, odamız hazır olmasına rağmen ve otel boş olmasına rağmen bizi odamıza almadılar. Lobide uyumak zorunda kaldık. Geldigimiz ülkeden Mısıra tek uçuş vardı ve o da geceydi. Alcazara yakışmadı. Ülkemize dönerken de yine tek uçuş geceydi ve otel odasında beş saat daha kalabilir miyiz diye müsade istedik, otel bomboş olmasına rağmen kaba bir dille reddettiler. Bir daha asla Alcazara gelmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Probably the best hotel in Sharm, very upscale and well kept resort, its very lively with fun activities happening during the day but you never feel its overcrowded like other resorts, everyone on the team from the managers to restaurant staff to kids club staff to pool security to housekeeping staff are extremely courteous and helpful, great food in the alacarte restaurants, kids had a memorable time and also made new friends during the stay!

Merhaba. Güzel bir karşılama sonrasında her konuda ilgilendiler. Resepsiyonda Ahmed Fathy ve Victoria çok güzel ilgilendi. Çok temiz ve güler yüzlüler. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Gönül rahatlığı ile gelebilirsiniz. Denize iskeleden giriş yapabiliyorsunuz.
