Exceptional level of customer service. Amazingly clean rooms and overall facility as well
Every employee at the hotel, not only did meet, but exceeded my expectations 24/7

Very comfortable room, nice shower and great pool area.
The restaurant or pool bar wasn’t always opened to order food or drinks
7 / 10Buono·mar 2024
- The bed / mattress was very comfortable.
- The room was quite spacious.
- Lots of towels in the room.
- The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Sparse but tasteful decorations in the room.
- The hotel is very noisy (loud music, dogs barking, guests chatting), there is a pool + bar that is in the central courtyard to which many habitations are directed to. So keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise.
- No table / chairs in the room I had.
- Not much space in the bathroom to put your accessories.
- No elevator, just stairs (not recommended for people who use a wheelchair).
- Breakfast is a bit too expensive for what is offered.
- Sluggish WLAN.

The location was nice.
There were bugs in the bathroom, ants and earwigs.
