Very accessible, staff are accomodating and helpful. Facility is clean, bed is comfy.

Breakfast didn’t have several selections of food, same every day but that was okay it could have been better if there were other things to select like fresh fruit and vegetables or seafoods locally- sourced.

The hotel staffs were not trained First Responders “, while having breakfast with my family I witnessed a person stumbled on the last steps of the grand staircase leading to the main lobby closest to the entrance. The scene was chaotic and it was handled very poorly. The AED was inaccessible and First Aid kit was not highly visible. I came down from the breakfast mezzanine floor to re-enforce the bleeding forehead of the person, perhaps he was one of the hotel’s guests, he was with his family. My recommendations are: the removal of the oversized placemat lining on the steps and or securing it snuggly and the installation of a hand railings for people to hold on as guests are coming down from the second floor. Accessibility of AED and First Aid kit and a well trained staffs as First Aid Responders. Also staffs should be trained how to greet and welcome guests arriving specially early morning and at any time. Greeters are encouraged to welcome hotel guests! . Over all Tavern Hotel not bad but could be improved. The dining area is crowded, limited space and limited access to go down in case of emergency. The stairways at the last step has no Hand Rail. Staffs need training in CPR, use of AED and how to apply First Aid and other things like accessibility of First Aid kits. There should also be a designated parking space for ambulance and or Firetruck!
