The caretaker Kris is extremely grumpy. Didnt greet us upon arrival and just said for us to leave our shoes outside. Not even hello. Proceeded to make me sign an inventory list of items inside the Villa. Upon asking where the 4 towels are or where the 10 hangers are as listed on the sheet he gave me, he got so mad. I had to ask him why is getting angry when I'm only asking to point out what he listed. Quantities weren't matching the actual items. Good thing I did! Because he wouldn't replace our towels when he couldn't find the 4th towel! Cleaning is only done on the 3rd day. Very haphazard and amateurish. Its just the same caretaker tidying up the place. Not professionally cleaned. This is not a hotel! It is an Airbnb. As a house rental, place looks ok. Just know what you are paying for. You are renting out a house. There is no security. If someone goes in your villa, you will have no security to help you. There is no service at all. You will get 10ml shower gel and 10ml shampoo per person. Even if we stayed 5 nights! You need water, more shampoo, laundry detergent? You're on your on your own! Grumpy caretaker will actually tell you to just buy it! We had to buy paper cups and bowls because we were afraid to use the cutlery provided. Property is beside the main highway. Noise from cars and motorcycles can be heard in all the rooms at any point in the day or night. You will not get a good night's sleep. Property is in the middle of nowhere. Car is required to drive anywhere. Read the bad TripAdvisor reviews. I wish I did before i booked this at a non rebookable rate. Before we left, he kept on checking the items inside the villa. As if we'd steal the items! I took a photo of the cutlery drawer. You can see the bad state of items and dirt. This is how we found it.

Property is gd but poor Housekeeping no one to clean the villa daily no breakfast served before 11am need to order outside deliver around 1hr.poor amenities need to improve
