This hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, we got complimentary mint tea on arrival as we were a bit early before check in. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge! Our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday, with bottles of water left for us each day too. We got breakfast included which was a huge buffet each morning with an array of fruit, pastries and hot food to choose from. We were very impressed.

everything was perfect, it is about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town/medina though so if you are looking for somewhere closer maybe this isn’t the spot for you, but we didn’t mind the walk.

The personnel was wonderful. Everybody was highly attentive, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money. I would stay there again.

Room is very big and the bed was very comfy, lots of options for breakfast! The hotel staff helped with getting a taxi to the airport.

The swimming pool was quite small and next to the restaurant where people were having breakfast.

The roof top pool and terrance is small. The pool is very shallow and not in great condition. There are not enough loungers. One of our group fell between the pool and the railings.

The room and balcony were comfortable & lovely. The roof top bar was great. The breakfast tasty & the restaurant good. Taxis were always by the door.

The pool on the roof was freezing. The location isn't very central but it's only €5 into the centre & taxis are everywhere.

The pool was far too cold to use. We never saw anybody in it the whole week.

The room quite big and comfortable. I stayed for the last 2 nights when came back from the Sahara Tour, we choice this because of the location in a new city and have a restaurant and rooftop Bar.

Ive got stomach problem after I ate at the Patio Restaurant seafood at the hotel, I ordered seafood Paela which was the rice didn’t cooked so well and maybe the seafood not fresh. Very disappointed that the quality of the food so bad ! The next day they only gave us compensation to bring the breakfast to our rooms. The offered is nothing to compared how I vomited the whole night and couldn’t sleep!!

Very clean and well staffed hotel, with very attentive and professional staff. Extremely comfortable, with amazing showers and beds. Pools and rooftop bar great for cooling off.

Hotel was slightly further from the historic areas and Medina than other hotels, taxis were usually required rather than walking.

It was nice and clean.
