Lage, Wirtin, Zugang zum Parkplatz und Ski Keller, Raumaufteilung der Wohnung, Aussicht, sonnen Balkon 
Hellhörigkeit, lag aber vielleicht auch an den etwas lauten Nachbar Familien und nachts war es absolut ruhig, Bad in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig

De locatie.
Het is gewoon verouderd. Voldoet niet meer aan de huidige standaard. Zeker niet als je ziet wat de huurprijs is.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage, zu Fuß/ Ski in wenigen Minuten an der Gondel, Restaurants, Supermarkt.Guter Skikeller und Parkplätze am Haus.
Sehr durchgelegene Betten, kein extra WC.

Poor wi-fi, in the evening time it's impossible to use it. On the photos apartment looks more fresh than in reality. Sofa in the living room has a bad smell and spots and needed to be refreshed or changed.
Uncomfortable getting the keys - the house closes and doesn't have any notice how you can meet with the host or doorbell to the host. You need to call to the host and then wait.
In the description on the Booking the washing mashine is indicated in the room. But in the reality the washing mashine locates on the ground floor and you can use it only in a free hours for additional payment.

the chalet is cosy, well situated and has beautiful view. We were very pleased with the extra care we got when our daughter fell ill. Paolo even drive us to the doctor when we could not find a taxi. Also Monica’s extra care and attention was much appreciated. a very nice appartement with a very ‘homey’ feel!

very good location in the heart of the village and very near the piste. nice size appartement with 2 bedrooms. ideal for family with two kids. enough restaurants and supermarket close by. Dolomiti super ski area is truly outstanding. many great pistes and very beautiful mountains.

Appartment maintained with love, everything clean and in working condition. In addition to a Nespresso coffee maker we even found and used an old style ground coffee maker. Located in walking distance to tourist office, supermarket and to the cable cars. Mountain view from the balcony. We stayed with five persons, one slept on a convertible bed in the living room.
Car park very tight. Uncountable bins for different kinds of trash (I think there were six or seven).

Excellent location - near the slopes and the Spar supermarket, easy walk into town. Apartment had everything we needed, and beds were comfortable. Sufficient parking. Boot warming racks were available in the ski storage room.
WiFi could be improved; TV didn't work (but we didn't ask for it to be fixed as we had laptops with us - I'm sure it would have been if we'd asked).

The apartment was really nice and clean, and the manager very nice. The location is also very convenient, central in Selva so you can't walk everywhere.
Not a big inconvenient, but the single beds are a bit small for taller people

If booked directly, there would be a discount voucher for the ski ticket which was not provided to us, since we booked through booking.com, I believe the ski discount voucher should have been provided to us.

The place was very cosy, comfortable and well prepared. The apartament is very close to the slope and the lift. It has everything to prepare every meal. The owner is great and so helpful. We had an incident with breaking the key in the lock of the door in the middle of the night. She did everything to solve the problem and after maybe 2 hours we were in our apartament. Thank you very much again!
