Lovely pool area. Bedroom and living area very comfortable. Lady at front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable. Exactly as described on booking.com. A short walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants. Handy to the main town with plenty of local small shops.

We liked everything in Gianemma..had wonderful time there. The apartment is great, modern and minimalist style. Very clean and very confortable. We felt.like home.
A stone throw to Mylopotas beach.

Ideal location, we arrived by ferry and got a bus from the port to right outside the apartments. We were able to check in straight away and had a welcome basket with cheese and jam. Apartment was so clean, it’s spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping were lovely and cleaned our room every day.
The manager is really lovely and welcoming.
If I had to be really picky the pool was smaller than expected and close to the road.

Great views. Very clean. Handy location as only a few minutes walk to the beach and tavernas. Really friendly and helpful staff
When full was quite noisy at night. Maybe we were unlucky, but neighbours above and to the side of us weren’t very respectful of other guests late at night/early in the morning.

One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, location could not be better, stunning view of the beach and the pool and sun area was just super, could not recommend enough, definitely will be back without a doubt!

Location amazing. Stunning views. Studio accommodation perfect. Staff very accommodating. Pool and pool area beautiful. We literally could go on raving about this place all day, it was perfect and we loved our stay here.

The welcome cheese platter with jam. Gianemma is nice and responsive. The view from our room was beautiful. The apartment was close to everything by walk.

The apartment is stylish and has a beautiful view of the bay. The staff is very friendly and surprised us with wine and cheese at our arrival.
Ios is a wonderful island and we will come back for sure.

Short walk to the beach and bus stop to hora and port is next to the hotel.

It was really clean apartment, beautiful enviroment, very close to the beach and restuarant and minimarket..WIfi was excellent. we could aslo walk to the town, but its a bit distance, but its walkable. very nice staff and welcoming! loved my stay- will defintly come back again to the same place.

Hotel was located 2 mins from the beach and right outside a bus stop making it easy to connect to the town. We were given a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. Our room was cleaned daily and all the staff were very friendly! Air con in room worked amazingly, apartment was perfect with facilities to cook. Pool area was clean and lovely! Sanitizer left out to clean loungers before we used them. We would definitely stay here again!
