Close to my family.
Place was clean. (You do need new sheets, right bed sheet is torn.) But slept in the duvet.
Swimming pool was clean.
Garden is nicely kept.
Quiet area.
Never met the owners/host. Got keys from the gardner. The studio is quite far from the parking area. Had to do a few trips in the rain carrying our luggage/food.
Felt a big isolated some days, because there was no one around.
Kitchen is very, very tiny, keep that in mind. Just a microwave for cooking but we managed the week.

Cleanliness and having your own remote. And good for self catering
The studio didn't have a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. At least if they can put a sliding door for comfort
