Breakfast

All good

Came here after a villa was not completely transparent about a 4 storey construction site next to our booking. Walking in to theanna was an oasis of calm, serenity and joy. The staff the gardens the quiet and the room itself were next level amazing. So much so I booked again the next night to return. It did get a great deal but for its location standard and serenity it is worth it.

Absolutely nothing to complain about

This is truly a hidden gem which exceeded our expectations!! We travelled round Bali for 3 weeks and this was our first stop- we could not stop thinking about it for the rest of our trip wishing we had booked to stay longer! It’s hard to imagine that a place like this exists in busy Canggu! Tucked away just off the busy main drag, it’s like entering another world! The staff were all amazing and could not do enough for us. The villa and surrounding gardens and restaurant were impeccably clean and tidy, the gardens are breath taking and so so peaceful, we slept so well and could not hear a sound! On an evening the staff would turn our beds down and spray the room - such a lovely touch! I cannot speak more highly of this place / staff! I am gluten free and they catered very well for me , I felt safe eating at their restaurant on an evening and Septi took good care of me every morning for breakfast ! Whilst I was not a big fan of the busy streets of Canggu, I would come back in a heart beat just to stop at this hotel ! Truly 5*

Absolutely nothing !!

the villa lay out was great with a nice out door bathroom, very peaceful, bed and pillows are very comfy,

Pool was needing a clean as alot of mould build up in the grouting.
