much better than I expected. spacious rooms, and situated in a really cute area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants.

the music of the restaurant opposite is loud (but stops at 10pm).

The staff was accommodating. They tried to help you within their capacity.

1. Water pressure low 2. Frugal on toiler paper 3. The room safe is located on the floor, instead of above knee level. For folks who can't bend down, they will have problems accessing the safe 4. Door lock security at a minimum is a patio door lock. It can be easily opened with a screwdriver. 5. There is a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The smell is strong at night. 6. The quality of the water is questionable

Check in was good. Very cheery receptionist. Luggage brought to my room, and helped secure me a great dive company.

Staff were not up to date about tricycle rides to town. No biggie. I was told 30 to 50 pesos. It's 100 firm. Good for staff to know! Toilet smells awful and permeates my room. Every time I flushed, the bowl would fill and urine would reestablish itself in the bowl. My experience with this is that their septic system is backing up. Made for a Stinky room. Jumped into the shower and discovered, only too late that there were no towels in the room. As well, no toilet paper. None! Threw on my dirty shirt and pants to go to the front desk, where I stood awkwardly as the host checked in a large group. After a couple of minutes of them making small talk, I interrupted to say "excuse me, I have no towels or toilet paper. She reached under her counter and handed me a roll and asked me to wait for the towel," please". She and one of the check-ins went into a hug and dance as I stood there wet from my attempt to shower. After a moment of them hugging and jumping up and down gleefully I abruptly stated that I want a towel, "please" as I am wet. She reached in the door only a couple of meters away and handed me a beach towel. Sorry to interrupt, I said sarcastically. Mission somewhat complete! Next day, no water top up, no fresh towel, no face towel, bath towel. I asked her to come to my room and have a look. The sink had sand and hair in it, as I pointed out. I was told it was from the tap. Never during the rest of my stay, after my wiping it with my bath towel, did it have hair or sand. I had to remind about towel service, and after that I gave up and stuck with the same towels and no soap top up for the rest of my stay. Fortunately I was able to eke out the soap. I had mentioned, politely and sternly, that for the price I'm paying I should be well looked after without having to ask. I travel 6 months a year from hotel to hotel, and for this amount of coin it should be exceptional.

Too expensive for what you get; some things are broken in the room ( shower; tap ; chairs outside) and construction in the hotel was ongoing during our stay ; so very loud from 8am

The room was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly and supportiv, thank you :-)

The aircondition was very noisy, even without power there was like somebody was knocking at the door all time.

close to the beach

No Wi-Fi, many brown outs. Had a generator but couldn’t cope with the length of time electricity was off.

The location is just south of town proper, which we preferred. It is a quick tricycle ride into town, but all the amenities and beachside restaurants/bars can be found close to the hotel as well. The neighborhood around the hotel is really nice with several restaurants and stores and plenty of tour shops to book travel tours.

The position on the beach and the design of the hotel and of the rooms

Breakfast was a bit poor and repetitive, almost exclusively salty as typical in Eastern Asia. There are no rooms facilities such as a wardrobe or some space in the restroom for our own's beauty. Price is extremely high even considering the average standard.

The sfaffs are very friendly and helpful.

The door lock very hard to lock and unlock.

located at the main strip of El Nido

the property is at the main strip of El Nido, however what’s disappointing are few things: (1) came in to a room with bathroom sink which wasn’t clean, after we were checked in by a very confused staff; (2) the room service didn’t replace our used glasses the next day and no available cutlery set; (3) the wifi was not working for the entire day (during one of the days we stayed); (4) the general beach area is not maintained by locals in general- as we had seen some broken glass, plastic rubbish and many other types of waste; (5) the contracting transport company (in both transfers) had been consistently stopping and picking up and dropping off passengers without communicating to the rest of the travelling party, what’s going on; to the point that we almost missed our return flight to Manila.

Superb hotel, location is great, beach front, the room are nice and clean. Had problem with the hot water from the shower, other than that the staff are welcoming and accommodating. Great stay!

We had trouble having hot water in the shower and the bed are a bit hard. People that trying to sell you their stuff everytime you get outside of the hote are a bit annoying.

No hot water. You can stay in much better hotels for the price they charge. After a rainy day, or a beach day, you need hot water...

This was good , the staff was so nice and the location is perfect, close to the beach and all the stores that you need , restaurants and convenient stores. I really enjoyed my stay here

Was very disappointed about not being told that the restaurant was closed also the hot water was sporadic and the tap water when it rained was very dirty and had a strong odour. I actually drank some by accident and ended up with diarrhoea for several days.
