La Cama fue lo unico comodo por el tamaño

La Atencion y la actitud de el hombre que Atendio fue la peor. La mala forma de atender a los huspedes es terriblemente mala.. No existe la hospitalidad comun del Guayaquileño aparte que su aspecto personal estaba poco impecable... Sin peinarse con aspecto sucio y cansado y mal aliento. Las habitaciones no tenian toallas y estaban sucias desde el espejo las sabanas toallas sucias rotas ... NO ES RECOMENDABLE EL LUGAR..En la noche muy peligroso poco seguro y para descansas es complicado por la cantidad de borrachos cerca del hotel... Muy penoso que un empleado Dañe una Marca innovadora por la mala Actitud ...q

The staff is very friendly and is a good option for one night if you are traveling for work

Is very close to the Malecon, and it doesnt feel safe. Also it is very noisy in the weekends

The location is excellent, walking distance from many attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, they even gave us an aerotram card to use. They offer complimentary coffee and tea.

There was a humidity stain in the bathroom, the showerhead could use a good cleaning (and water pressure is not great) and the curtain rod was rusty. Just some basic maintenance would improve the overall quality.

The rooms were clean, however the place black stains on the wall (probably from age) the bed is huge however and it’s pretty cool. Only one water bottle but they’re only 50 cents each

relatively modern and comfortable setting compared to other properties I lived in the country. quite neighbourhood. cable car station and a recreational park nearby. had a little concern over safety at the beginning but turned out going out was fine as long as you don’t stay out too late at night. room is not big but enough for solo. a bottle of water is put in the room which is considerate. strong Wi-Fi and hot water, the best that I had for 15 days.
