So many options. The pool was amazing. The swim up bar was great!! Such a great time!!!

Bed could have been softer

The room was large and comfortable and also had a balcony. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the dinner is superb. There are well-maintained pools, but we didn't use them at all as the sea beach is only a few steps away.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. The bar set up and the terrace was very enjoyable!

I wish I would have booked a larger room. We came to this hotel after a very long journey, needed to sleep. For two days we had to listen to hammering noises. There was some remodeling being done above us. There was no chance to get some good rest/sleep. When I told someone at the reception they did offer to move us to a lower floor. After our long trip we already unpacked some things and really not up to moving. I think that the noise still could be heard! I really believe #1 they should have informed the guests at check in about the remodeling. #2 I strongly believe some compensation should have been given!

I never got an answer to my pre-stay request for a family room—provided rooms across the corridor. Elevator communication on ‘do not invade the pool area with mattresses etc.’ Interesting that drunk people around the pool bar was ok, but 3-4 families with little kids and altogether 4 mattresses were that problematic that it had to be communicated this way.

overall facility looked very old. the lights were very dim at best and the room was not sound proof. Elevators had weird pull once arrived at the designated floor which scared my toddler. I would not recommend this hotel for family. I loved the staff. They were the only reason we decided to stay. food was good but not up to 5 star rating.

The hotel has a great location and a great view of the ocean. The staff are kind and helpful, the dinner is exceptionally well prepared and is by far the buffet in Bibione. The beach area is also clean and well kept, just like the hotels swimming pool.

Only downside of the hotel was the hotel’s hallway lights. Every other light was not lit which made it really dark.

Hotel is old, need a little bit modernization. Mattress are really very bad.

I booked this hotel because I thought that the term or spa was included. but to my surprise, because I’ve booked on booking.com the thermal spa was NOT included!! this is the only reason why I booked it, and it was not included.

Meals were okay.

Long waitng times for serving the meals althought it was a buffet style. A Bald man at the reception who looked at me like I am an idiot when I told him about my request (room with balcon in the front part of the hotel, because of a seaview). I had this as a reguest also via booking. So he gave us a room in the back :-(. The room was very noisy especially in the night because of a A/C unit on the roof. I wanted to change the room, nothing happened, just promises from the bold man. He could do it in case of he would like. A lot people was coming in and out.

The hotel itself was flawless. 99 % of the staff was just excellent (thanks go especially to an outstanding waiter Marco!), including maids, piccolos and young apprentices - waiters and waitresses. Kitchen - delicious. Drinks offer - perfect. Thumbs down for Mrs. Gabriella on reception - not very helpful and warm, a bit disrespectful to my taste. I had an impression that if you did not book a superior room, you are a second category guest. By the way - why I could not book a superior room on Booking.com?

The hotel should make a choice, whether it wants to be a five-stars hotel, or a family hotel - in my opinion this two categories are incompatible - we wanted to spend a quiet vacation, not being disturbed by millenials in short pants in restaurant during dinner, children occupying a swimming-pool bar, chasing each other in flower beds, peeing to flowers and shouting till midnight in the bar where musicians are doing their best to create a nice atmosphere. Call me snobbish, I proudly agree, if I wanted this, I would go camping, not spending thousands of Euros in this class of hotel. Sorry. Some places should be unreachable for rednecks.

Right next to the beach with plenty of umbrellas and chairs reserved for guests. Hotel pool was big enough with shallow parts perfect for babies and kids. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner: great choice and superb quality. Hopefully we will come back again.

Nothing in particular

The hotel is said to be a thermal one. But it has from a thermal hotel only the name as nothing in that hotel is showing anything thermal. It is an hotel with swimming pool, not therme. Old, to be renewed hotel. Deserves to be declassified to 3 stars. Check out at 10 am, even if you have a 1 year old child you are kicked out.
