Il nostro studio East Beach è dolce e confortevole. È perfetto per una piccola famiglia - 2 adulti e kiddos; o un'esperienza solista. La posizione è ideale, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Si tratta di uno studio molto ampio e soleggiato e ha una cucina separata completamente attrezzata con spazio per mangiare, ampia camera con letto matrimoniale, TV fantastica, zona trucco separata, bagno completo con doccia / vasca e ampia cabina armadio. Abbiamo un patio esterno sul retro che ha un barbecue e un tavolo e un posto molto carino per rilassarsi e godersi un pasto. È un monolocale così bello, è un ottimo rifugio dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa godendosi la città! Abbiamo tutto il necessario nel quartiere, non hai nemmeno bisogno di una macchina! Abbiamo un mercato locale all'angolo, l'SB Inn dall'altra parte della strada che serve cibo tutto il giorno e il noleggio di biciclette nel blocco successivo. Il prezzo è giusto e la posizione perfetta; vieni a vedere di persona! L'Airbus di Santa Barbara ha il suo SB pick up e drop off a un isolato di distanza presso l'Hyatt, ed è il modo perfetto per arrivare da LAX - è a 3 minuti a piedi e l'Airbus è comodo e conveniente. È un quartiere molto sicuro e il miglior posto dove stare a Santa Barbara!

We stayed several nights prior to a conference that I was attending in a hotel.
The unit was cozy and well apointed. We felt safe & comfortable throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this upstairs unit close to the beach. It was close to everything and even had a neighborhood market just around the corner from the house. Jami was wonderful when we had any questions and was a very nice person. My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi,it worked well while sitting on the couch but it would go in and out at times.

What a great place. We loved everything about this place.
The apartment had everything thing we needed, the place was clean and the location was great!
airport, beach, wharf, grocery store, downtown and the best tacos ever at a batting cage were within walking distance or a quick Uber.
The host was accommodating in ways that she did not have to be. She even offered to mail back an item that I left.
I would definitely recommend this listing.

I am very happy we stayed in East Beach. Two great restaurants within a block. Only a mile walk down the beach to sterns wharf and state street. It was a quiet neighborhood. Always able to park on the street nearby.

The apartment is very close to the east beach and in a cute neighborhood. A little farther from downtown area but no big deal if okay with walking/ biking, like we were.

We loved our VACAY in Santa Barbara. East Beach is just beautiful. Jami is a delightful hostess and even baked us a yummy banana bread. The location is super convenient, just across the street from the beach, an easy walk to the pier and downtown. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

This place is amazing. Such a lovely little eclectic, and quiet, and perfect little beach gem. Perfect location to the beach and grocery shopping and even a food truck down on the corner. Shopping near by and bike rentals. Felt safe the entire time and parking was great too. Owners were a breeze and super nice. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Gina was very accommodating when we had some last minute travel issues, everything was very clean and the location is amazing! There’s a playground on the beach about a 5 minute walk away, and you can easily get to the bike path and walk to the Funk Zone (it’s about a mile). We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

This property is steps from the beach and within walking distance to Stearns wharf, State Street, and good restaurants on Milpas Street. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Jami is a wonderful host, very accessible and responsive.

This location had everything we were looking for which was a place to lay our heads, hot shower and cooking capacity. It reminded me of my apartment years ago in NYC. Very easy to get to all the things we had planned to do and always had plenty of street parking. Highly recommend for the price. Host was very responsive to all questions prior to our stay.

Very easy to book. However a little more info regarding it being an upstairs rental and the number of steps to the 2nd floor studio would have been helpful.

This property is great for the solo traveler! Close to the beach and within walking distance to Trader Joe's and Sprouts! Well stocked kitchen! Thank you for the microwave for sure! Great addition! Thank you, Jami, for your hospitality! Highly recommend!!

Our Host Jami was Great. She made Check-in / Check-out super easy. The location was super clean and we had everything we needed to relax at the beach, which was a short walk away. We’ll return.

Great stay!
The place was just as described and we were happy with the accommodations. The place was quiet for the most part, provided very nice toiletries and had plenty of closet space. I would have appreciated if there was a microwave to warm up drinks or leftovers but we managed without one.

Jamie made it easy to check-in and was available by texting. Full kitchen if you need it but no microwave. Lots of windows and ceiling fan kept us comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and there were beach chairs in closet. Outside flight of stairs to entry.

Nice, quiet studio close to East Beach. We spent more time indoors than planned waiting out some rain storms. We were comfortable and Jami was easy to reach and communicate with.

A home away from home
This vacation rental was so comfortable, it really felt like a home away from home! It was so well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and extras. We appreciate the host being on site and available for communication on details of our stay!

It was very clean and nicely located. The only thing that would've been nice to know is how many stairs to the property. I'm 83 but fortunately in good shape; but for others that my not be the case. Jamie was very cordial and helpful and we enjoyed it very much.

Quaint little unit. Walk to great market w organic produce and grocery. Very quiet side street a block from beach with plenty of parking. Gina is the sweetest and was quick to accommodate any requests. We will definitely be back!
