Perfect communication from owner - received e-mail 1 week and also 1 day before the trip with important informations.
Very clean and really very nice and stylish modern apartment.
Very well equipped (towels, washing machine, ironing machine, hair dryer, TV, air-condition, kitchen, internet connection, balcony with sea view, etc.).
Very good location (cca 200 m beach, 700 m centre of Baska).
Biggest negative, despite the good location, was that every walk to the beach or centre started and finished with 200 steep stairs - apartment is not convenient for babies or older people.
Slow internet connection (3 Mbit/s DL, 0,1 Mbit/s UL), few times not working at all.
