The property is well located, clean and nice. Staff is really nice, friendly and ready to help.
My whole point and deception is regarding the value for money. Paying 500€ per night for this level of service is ridiculous and even for Sri Lanka. We were in other hotels nearby with similar service but 1/5 of the price. Room was nice but not incredible to worth 500euros, food was frankly average and really overpriced. The fact that taxes amount for 30% and do not apparat directly in the price is… questionable. They say no extra charge for baby but when you compare rate with and without baby it’s different. Frankly, my mistake I was not cautious in checking the full price with taxes. And also I made a last minute change, from 6 nights to 2 nights and fair went up by almost 150euros per night and I didn’t notice. I’m really a frequent Booking users, been to many places, first time I give a bad rating.

The Manager of the hotel Menaka made sure our last minute check in online was smoothly executed and kept in touch with me on the phone to ensure everything was right for us and could accommodate 3 people. The room is HUGE and the view is fantastic. We got to use the balcony to relax on the deck chairs too. Beautiful, clean beach on both sides. A nice and peaceful location.

We were the only guests and we were very well looked after. After traveling around Sri Lanka for 2 weeks we ended up not even leaving the hotel for three days it was so good. Lovely room, THE most amazing pool, great food and lovely staff.

The place is lovely right in the heart of a pristine beach, with direct access, with outstanding surroundings, amazing pool and garden, beautiful room with a delightful balcony, with amazing views to the pool and the ocean. And the food, wowwww, so incredible. Definitely one of the best places we’ve been to.

We liked everything about KK Beach and would love to return again.
The accessibility of the swimming pool could easily be improved, my wife has mobility problems but she managed to access the pool with my assistance.
