Terrific location for enjoying fall beauty in New Hampshire mountains. Clean with comfortable beds. All the dishes and cookware needed to make some great meals. Plenty of seating both at dining table and in living room to accommodate a larger group. Easy check-in. Highly recommend!

Clean comfortable townhouse. Only 3 steps to get in the unit, some of the townhouses up there have many stairs. We ran out paper towels,toilet paper , trash bags , and soap on sinks. Rugs were stained , I took pictures as owner requests no shoes but rugs are light cream so hard to keep those clean. Could not get racu tv to work . Other then that we enjoyed it!

Booking process was 100% clear and hassle-free. Property was 100% accurate as described in the listing. All amenities for the weekend were available for our use. Property was well suited for our friends' weekend away. Would book again.

We loved the condo and location, the little stream running next to the house was a welcome sound when you go out the door, close to Loon and the center for all activities....

Staying at this house was a amazing experience the house was beautiful and clean beds are very comfortable and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate
Would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back again at our next vacation!!

Great place to stay, so comfortable, great location!! It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of space for families, has games for kiddos and plenty of great movies for inside time. Honestly, it was a bummer to leave it went so quickly!!

Perfect location that has been renovated and can accommodate a large family comfortably. The ease of contact with Joseph was great, as well as his consideration in checking in to ensure there were no issues. We will definitely consider renting again in the future.

This condo is perfect for a multi family vacation. Lots of room. The host was wonderful to work with and was available at all times. Perfect location, nice quiet neighborhood but close to town and all the fun.

This property is wonderful! Location is ideal, very clean, and perfect for family. Joe is professional and kind, very easy to communicate with. The Mountain Club (pool) membership was a great addition to the fun provided. We will definitely be renting this property again!

We stayed at Joseph’s propert over the Labor Day weekend. Overall the place nice. The kitchen and shower were clearly updated. The beds were comfortable. Several windows didn’t open which was a tad disappointing considering it was beautiful outside. Also, going up and down stairs, there are four floors, can be a tad annoying but we knew that before we rented it. Overall a decent condo in the White Mountains close to most everything

Overall we had a great experience at the property and a perfect family vacation up in the white mountains* From the rivers to the parks and all the other things that came our way. Only things I could think to prepare someone is the downstairs did not have A/C but least had a fan for the hot nights. Also no grill on property but that’s just due to
NH law for the condominiums where they can’t have on property.
Other than those two pointers everything was perfect and we just a great time.
This property was also the perfect rental for two families to split up if that’s what you need. Found it very ideal to have one family on top level and one on the bottom floor. We would meet in the middle to hang for tv time or when dining in for meals at the perfect oversized dining table. The property owner was very quick to respond if any questions, so thanks Joe…I’m sure we will return to the mountains next year !

Great location for our family. We have stayed in many townhouses in the same area and this one was by far the best. The interior was updated from the bathrooms to the kitchen. We will definitely rent this townhouse again.

Great location and easy entry system. The kitchen was well stocked but pans needed recleaning before use and only 2 trash bags left but overall excellent stay and would definitely rent here again

Beautiful NH Getaway
Our family loved spending a long weekend here! The townhouse was as described and can be a wonderful base for exploring the area or a rustic haven to hunker and relax. It would be a wonderful place for us to return to with another family! Joseph was incredibly responsive to any questions that arose. It's great he takes such care to maintain the property.

Perfect family condo
Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and simple. The place is just perfect for a family getaway. Nice and updated, clean, plenty of comforts for everyone. Beds are comfy and the location is close to everything in Lincoln.

In the last 5 years or so we have rented in Lincoln NH about a dozen times. We always pay around $300 per night and get nice places. This condo at its price is the best we have had and Joe was great to work with. I don’t think you will get more for your money anywhere else in Lincoln. Cheers!

Family Vacation
We had a great stay. The townhouse was perfect. The owners were easy to contact and helpful. We have a dog and got to bring her. Thank you. Would defiantly stay again.

Had a great week long stay! Right near Loon and close to everything in town. Condo was very spacious, updated and clean. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Also had an awesome view of Loon mountain.

The condo was really nice. Everything was as described, clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable! We had a good amount of space for two adults, 2 teens and a small dog. It was really peaceful and quiet in the evening. Great location close to all the Loon activities and awesome to have access to the Loon Mountain Club.
Joe was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a really good vacation!

Summer vaca 2021
I stayed here for one week with my family and had a great time. Comfortable fit for a large group. Perfect for kids. Dog friendly! Great location to multiple hiking trails and downtown Lincoln area. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Only couple things- pull out couch was not an inflatable bed as stated in the house book, no sheets for the pull out, there was a sheet but it was a twin, had to use two flat sheets from the bunk room, also there was a stain on that mattress that looked like might have been a urine stain. Unit also needs a new blender.

Nice for families
This property was convenient for our family and the amenities in the kitchen were helpful. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo as we found cobwebs and spiders in a few locations and the floors weren’t vacuumed well.

Joe's property was wonderful; clean, spacious and convenient. We wanted for nothing while we were there. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking/eating paraphernalia you could think of. The access to the Mountain Club on Loon was a one minute drive and perfect for the kids to use the pool, jacuzzi and game room, while having the townhouse situated on a cul-de-sac was ideal for the kids to ride their bikes. We also took advantage of one of the many trails in the area for a small hike on a beautiful 60 degree day, and enjoyed strolling along the river and rocks just up the street. We had a little trouble with the thermostat when we first arrived, but Joe was immediately available to speak with to walk us through it. We were very happy with our stay and hope to be back in the summer months when we can enjoy additional outdoor activities (ziplining was full, mini golf hadn't opened yet, and we would love to check out Whales Tale Water Park - all a short drive from the property).

Great weekend or longer property rental.
Wonderful property located in the heart of the White Mountains. Great hiking and restaurants all within a short drive. Shuttle to nearby Loon Mountain stops right outside your door for skiing in winter.
