the currency used in euro even the resort clearly in egypt and the shop price ridiculous not worthy for money

Beach was amazing, stuff was so professional, helpful and cooperative. Everything is more than perfect.

Nothing at all I didn’t like. However, the food might have some variety.

They upgraded our room and it was huge!

The location of the hotel is perfect - 10 minutes walk (or 4 minutes free shuttle) to hotel's own segment of beach where you can snorkel next to the coral reefs and colourful fishes. Price is reasonable.

Totally we stayed 9 nights at the hotel - first 8 via a tour operator which offered us a small twin room with the door opening directly to see the beds (no hallway or similar). There is a thin gap between the door and the floor which means you can hear every footstep outside. The last night we booked via Booking.com and got upgraded to a 2-bed-room suite but no balcony. Even it's a seaside hotel and the first room was with a small balcony, there is nothing to hang your swimwear etc. (There is a clothes line in the shower but things won't dry there. We only had B&B and tried the buffet lunch a few times - not really 5-star standard. Overall it's not a 5-star property but at the price level, maybe one can't expect much.

location was great... but everything there is centrally located

the water issue, the room flooded and then the manager screwed me around saying it was my fault... and tried to put me in a dumpy basement room, knowing I wouldn't accept that room... he also told me to "sit and wait" for 30 minutes, then he would deal with me... The manager was rude, condescending, lied to me and tried to blame me for the "problem" with the water in the room.

The room was okay.

The shower bottles were only half full, obviously not replaced after use by the previous guest. The AC did not function properly.

it had a beautiful view , it was wide , there was so many activities which we loved and the animation was the best they were so funny and friendly and the whole staff too.

Overall we had a great stay, but what I have to point out was the helpfulness of the staff. Especially Mr. Abdelfattah, who was so genuine, kind and helped us so much by managing many things about our oncoming journey through Egypt🌞

The hotel offers the best value for money deal for Port Ghalib. The Junior suite we stayed in was big and very comfortable. The beach, 200 m away was surpringly good for a hotel in the center of Port Ghalib.

The room service! Already to place an order takes not less than 15 minutes. Stuff there is totally untrained and not qualified to take orders. Without speaking Arabic you will most probably not get what you ordered, even if you order from their menu (by the way it took us 2 days to get the internet link to the menu). Delivery of your order takes 60-90 minutes. Even if you just order a burger. Frensh fries are soggy, terrible! I want to mention that we ordered daily at least twice from the room service. No improvement, even we spent about same money on extras as we paid for the room with breakfast.

The room was clean and big, breakfast was delicious, pool was clean and beach had amazing coral reef for snorkeling. Also, the reception staff was very helpful. For example, my flight was at 8pm on the day of check-out, thus I asked the staff if I can spend the day in the Radisson private beach. Not only I was given a beach access for free, but after the beach I was also offered a hotel room to shower and change before the flight. That was a tiny detail that made my day.

The room was above a bar that was playing loud music until 10-11 pm. Some local male staff at the beach was overly intrusive and came to chat despite me telling that I am fine and need no help of any sort. It was almost going the direction of harassing and probably was related to the fact that I was a woman travelling alone. The room key card was demagnetising after one day of use and I had to go to the reception to magnetise it again.

Loved the hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Great food and beautiful beach for snorkeling.

fully recommend this hotel. Very nice people, tasty food. Lots of attractions, you can't complain about boredom. Very clean, rooms cleaned daily. The people at the reception are very professional and nice, they will help with everything! I will definitely come back here!

Amazing place to stay in. We got upgraded to an apartment facing the marina. The apartment is very clean and the housekeeping staff cleans daily. There are pools and the main one is heated. There are slides as well. There is a private beach and you can always find an available sun lounger. You can do snorkeling here. They give beach towel. We had breakfast included which was great! There are a lot of options. As we are vegetarian, there are plenty of options. Amazing bread (a big deal for Eastern European people), bakery section with beautifully decorated croissants etc, Egyptian breakfast Corner, section with omelette, veggies, fruits, all varieties of cheese. Good coffee (there is a machine and next to it ground coffee too), fresh juices, different types of tea. Heads up for the waiters during the breakfast. One of the waiters from the right side of the dining rooms definitely could do with a pay rise because of great service! :) There are activities throughout the day. In the evenings there are night activities like belly dance shows, international shows etc. Location is great as it is close to the airport and the resort is located at the marina so you can take a walk around during the day or night. The staff was very welcoming. We got invited to a lovely dinner by Samy (General Manager). Professional staff, always making sure if we are enjoying the holiday to the fullest. The resort is definitely in good hands as everything runs smoothly and the staff is well trained. Definitely recommended! I have been all over Egypt and the quality of the resort is really good. It does not feel suffocating like some other resorts. The area is the best I have seen in Red Sea area.

-- The resort itself is a bit of a ‘Dubai vibes’ concrete jungle, but if you want sun, sand and pools, this is a winner. The trees and architecture are great. -- Great spacious rooms -- Some very accommodating members of staff like the head of the restaurant hospitality and Abdelfattah on night service. (Thank you both sincerely!) -- Excellent food options on half-board, for a range of dietary preferences. -- WiFi very good, including good enough for professional work -- Some problems with the room were solved promptly. Missing blinds and shower curtain were solved within 12h, which is impressive. -- Some problems with noisy daytime music-blaring other guests were solved rapidly on prompt, which is impressive. -- Overall, the experience was great and I will plan to return

-- Unfortunately some noisy youth groups were present during my trip, which was not solved adequately during the nighttime. They kept me awake until 5am, which is completely unacceptable. Shouting, laughing, and playing music in the middle of the night! For more than an hour. Absolutely unacceptable for me, just the night before flying home. Really bad. -- The barber unfortunately didn't undertake what we agreed with my hair cut and completely ignored what I had consented to and even when prompted ignored my requests, which is not acceptable and felt like a beach of my physical consent. -- The only cash machine takes an 100le surcharge, which isn't impressive and felt like a rip off of a captive customer.

I stayed at this hotel to rest from a long overseas journey so that I would be ready to do strenuous diving on the Red Sea the next day. I was taken to a gigantic suite about a 4-minute walk from the hotel above the port and stores around 4pm in the afternoon. I did not reserve a suite. I questioned - wasn't this going to be loud? I said I needed to sleep well. The guy that took me said, oh, yes at night it will be fine. Lie #1. At 8:10pm I called and said it was too loud to sleep. LIE #2 - oh, the music will be over by 9:30, 10 pm at the latest. At 10:15 it was blaring. I called - LIE #3 - oh, it will be over soon. Five minutes later I called and said move me to a quiet room. I had to pack up everything. It was Midnight before I went to sleep - they took me to another room that was also loud. I did not sleep well. The staff took advantage of me.

All the stuff was so unprofessional except Abdel Rahman in the restaurant he was professional and knows how to treat the guest with a very welcoming smile also mostafa the bellman he was so nice although we had a lot of bags Nothing else

Every thing in the hotel was so bad starting from the receptionists they were so rude in the way they answered our questions to the Cleanliness of the room which by the way didn't have net or TV or phone All of these were out of order The food was so limited and untasty and the restaurant team treated us in such a nasty way they did not even want to answer any question We only stayed one night and left the hotel it was the worst hotel experience we ever faced

Very huge apartment on a perfect location with marina view.

It’s not possible to open the window in the bedroom and there is no fresh air in it. The furniture is a little bit old and smell bad. Breakfast is basic and the quality is average.
