Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz, gutes Bett, moderne Einrichtung (viele Steckdosen, auch am Bett), Sauberkeit, sehr netter Chef.

geräumiges Zimmer, man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Die Betten sind sehr gut und im Erdgeschossen gibt es ein sehr nettes Italienisches Ristorante.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. ÖPNV ist gleich in der Nähe und schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Kneipen und Restaurants sind ums Eck.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war ok, zweckmäßig.
Es ist eher ein nüchternes und anonymes Boardinghaus mit kahlen Fluren. Dafür fand ich es sehr teuer.
Hat sich wenig nach Hotel angefühlt, vom Personal getroffen habe ich niemanden.
Lage direkt über einer Weinbar, in der nach 22 Uhr noch lautstark aufgeräumt wurde.
Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher mit altem Wasser drin, aber keine Teebeutel. Und leider auch kein Frühstück.

The most outstanding feature of this property by far is its location: Just a few steps from the Königsplatz, the hotel really is right in the center of Kassel.
Other than that, everything else was very basic: A small room, single bed, simple bathroom, and no real amenities to speak of. If you're looking for a place to sleep an not much more, then teatro is fine.
There were really only two things that were really negative. First, virtually all of the TV stations were locked out, leaving only two or three to choose from. Second, the "private" hotel parking was completely unregulated, likely due to a complete lack of any on-site staff.

We stayed in a family room on the top floor. Very comfortable beds and it was nice and quiet at night. Fantastic that there was parking availabe too. All in all a good experience.

The location, the cleanliness, and the value for money
It was a very hot room, I couldn't sleep well because of it. I think that a small ventilator would fix it.

Very friendly staff, the room was super clean and location was perfect.

Room only. Location was excellent easy walking distance to almost all attractions, restaurants etc. Central but very quiet, very comfortable bed, small but adequate single rooms. No smoking, very important as smoking allowed still in bars

rooms way to small could hear everything next door in shower bed was it even a bed.. stuck at the wall. didn’t sleep at all for the 2 nights

I could check-in without talking! The room is pretty clean and bright.
Mostly fine, but I was bit annoyed with the sounds from other rooms and outside. If you're sensitive to sounds, I recommend putting earplugs!

The hotel concept is really good for business visits. You get a key drop code to enter the hotel for simple "check-in", it's cleaned daily and easy checkout with a key dropbox.

the location is excellent for Documenta visitors.
the rooms are basic and feel cold and sterile. the owner did not speak English. He didn’t manage the booking very professionally. He was also notably condescending.

spacious rooms, every room has a wardrobe, a mirror and a TV, we even had a big living room! It was very cosy. The location is great and they have some parking lots behind the hotel
no elevator and no breakfast options, owner does not reply to texts (they do answer phone calls!), coffee tabs but only espresso

Great location, very close to documenta
Coffee machine didn't work, fridge unplugged and smelly. No interaction with staff––just heard some staff arguing when I left.
