Everything was amazing at the hitel. Only issue was finding a taxi when we wanted to go somewhere as the bus is not close by.

Loved the hotel, stayed for 11 days. Everyone was so lovely from the staff, they communicate very well and try so hard to please everything you ask. The food at the restaurant is amazing, everything was so good and delicious. The room was clean, big and stylish. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back in near future.

My room was upgraded to deluxe without additional payment. Tea and water were updated every day. Loved the lights inside the room.
The room was dirty, like very. There was hair in my bed. Towels and bed sheets were not changed when “cleaning” the room. I would ask, but the receptionists didn’t speak english.
Also, there was no change when I was checking in and I was allowed to pay 25 TL later. I did pay the very next day, but the staff took the amount of money from me twice because of miscommunication on reception.
