Excellent experience! The host is an amazing, welcoming lady that made me feel at home. She's also an incredible cook and makes local dishes made with love that taste so delicious! She made an effort to chat with me despite the language barrier (and my social awkwardness) and even helped me with my kimono! I miss her already!

Great location close to ski resort, traditional Japanese lodge, homely feel, onsite parking, onsite onsen, drying room, amazing host!

Bathroom facilities were shared, so had to wait a few times to have a shower, but that wasn't unexpected.

Me and my friend stayed here from the 24th to the 2nd & we absolutely loved it. The host is so adorable and super helpful with everyone like bus times, lift ticket discounts, rental discounts, making us reservations and even helping out with our washing. She was truely incredibly generous and absolutely amazing loved her lots she made us feel like we were at home. She went above and beyond for us:) The beds were soooo comfy the doonas and blankets were massive. We had a heater in our room which heated up the room insanely fast. Don’t even get me started on the Onsen it was so relaxing and the perfect temperature not to hot not to cold. 3 min walk to banbi bus stop & 5 minute walk to alpine brick which takes you to every resort. Don’t need a car when staying here!!! It was a 11/10 stay especially for so cheap and such comfort. The dry room was huge and could fit a lot of stuff and the area was spaced out. Please wash your dishes though don’t make her do it :( We truely loved it and it was amazing thank you so so so much wonderful women we love you ❤️ will definitely be coming back hopefully 🤞 100/10

Great location, close to ski fields (some even walking distance) and restaurants. It has its own onsens that were nice to use after a day of snowboarding. Rooms were spacious with lots of storage. Lots of parking outside. The lady who runs the accommodation is very nice and gave us some fruits and vegetables.

THIS IS NOT A SKI IN accommodation. You have to walk along a busy public road to get to and from closest ski field Ikenotaira. Common areas are cold, heaters turn off every 3 hours (even in the dry room, so in the morning it will be as cold as outside). No common areas to hang out, no decent cooking facilities. If you are travelling with a group of friends and staying a few days in Myoko, i would recommend booking something else. It is also rather old and not very clean. Although it is run by a very old couple so it's understandable. The aircon in the second room was not working so the guys had to ask for a heater. Walls and ceilings are very thin so you can hear everything that's happening outside of your room.
