We enjoyed the close proximity to Spice island marina, laundry facilities and roomy apartment with everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

It was very clean and well put together. It had all the Amenities we needed. The security Dwayne was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend it to everyone. It is a hiding gem. Perfect location not to far from everything.

Everything. AC is outstanding, Quiet! (Which is very important to me as I’m a light sleeper), Great Wifi, Safe (24 hr security guard, plenty of parking, NOT on a hill (which many places are), and walking distance to the lance aux epines beach. We also walked to the West Indies brewery which is where everyone goes (12 min walk with one steep hill). Just overall great. Looking forward to our next stay. Lastly, the owners are super great and we’re able to accommodate one of our requests.

Location was ideal for my purposes. Top level super fast wi-fi. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. On site free do-it-yourself laundry. Room and bed were comfortable.

The room I was in was tired and dated from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Minor issue: The fridge looked fairly new but was dead. This should have been noticed by staff before I arrived.

At the time of my writing this review, I am a Term 1 Student at SGU. I found out I was accepted to the school 8 days before classes began. I had only these 8 days to arrange for living and to handle my finances, so you can imagine the tremendous stress I was under. What made it absolutely relieving was the warmness of the staff and ease with which I was able to check-in and check-out. Thanks to the two Dwaynes (Bennett & Dwayne) for being so hospitable and approachable for questions and helping me with my luggage. Also, thanks to Mr. Ramesh for being so approachable and providing information about the area as far as helping me find a place. Without his guidance, I would not have been able to find a place within my means and within reasonable distance from SGU. The room was wonderfully clean and well put together, staff provided utensils and cooking tools and all appliances were functional for my needs. Both ACs blow ice cold air so you'll have no problem sleeping soundly at night. Thanks to Mr. Marcus Sinclair, the General Manager of Cool Runnings based in London, for checking up on me and making sure I was well taken care of and being available to answer any and all questions. I cannot speak highly enough for the folks here and the room with which I was provided temporarily. You will NOT be disappointed !!!!

Wifi went out on me for a day or two, but that's no fault of the folks here at the property. There was an outage all over Grenada for the first couple days of my stay. I am only writing this as it's worth mentioning that you MIGHT have to deal with this if you come to Grenada, so have a backup means of accessing the Internet and be prepared !

good location, near airport, many local authentic restaurants within walking distance, and local bus, including SGU bus right at the corner. Few minutes drive to the beaches. Free airport pick up and drop off was a plus. Room is clean and spacious. Easy communication through what's App with owner. On site staffs were very kind and helpful. Big thanks to Glenda. I was able to travel like a local based on Glenda's advice. Glenda also booked a day tour taxi for me to round the island, the price was reasonable and the driver was very reliable.
