This is a great, very well-equipped apartment within walking distance of the centre, enjoying excellent public transport links, with a very friendly and helpful host.
There is some noise from the ever-running trams, but it is not too obtrusive and you quickly get used to it

The apartment is quite large and fully equipped (in the way "a person lives there" rather than just "a place for rent"). Two separate bedrooms provide reasonable privacy; the kitchen is large enough; the bathroom and toilet are separated; there is a washing machine, a standard dishwasher, plenty of dishes – I can easily imagine staying for multiple weeks. The owners are super nice and actually live nearby, so any problems, questions, etc. can be addressed really quickly.
It would be nice if at some windows had insect nets since even in the 7th floor there were quite a few and ventilating is quite necessary on hot summer days.
