Overal dichtbij, schoon en heerlijk balkon
Appartement is boven en er is geen lift. Daar moeten gasten wel rekening mee houden

The location is amazing and fact it has its own parking makes it a superb place to stay. It's decorated very nicely and the balcony is lovely
It would really benefit from air con, unfortunately there are mosquitos in funchal so not being able to open the windows and not having air con made sleeping difficult.

Lovely traditional Portuguese style flat with modern equipment. It is spacious and cool with a lovely balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. It is very well located to the cable car platform, bus station, local stores and restaurants and the sea front and promenade.
The only down side is there is no lift. The stairs are wide and not steep but if you have luggage 3 flights is a bit to carry. However there is a store at the entrance to the block of apartments so there’s no need for heavy shopping,

"Great apartment in the old city, with garrage and very beautiful terrace. Nearby a lot of restaurants, shops, market...We didn't meet the host in person, nevertheless she was very helpful via phone."
