Ours was a freestanding very comfortable and spacious “cottage” in a beautiful garden. A very pleasant place to stay indeed.
Given that we stayed a few days, laundry facilities would have been nice. We were able to use a laundromat though. Also, the quantity of crockery was enough, but only just enough.

Evanslea was perfect for our requirements which was to have a long weekend in Mudgee for the Food and Wine festival. The accomodation was spacious, well thought out and comfortable. Our host Stace, could not have been more helpful or welcoming.
Really very minor issue but the gardens looked like they needed a little love and it would be nice if there were some spots around the garden to sit in the sun to read a book/snooze etc

Beautiful views overlooking the garden. Lovely to have some local wine and cheese in the cottage, and good breakfast in the fridge.

A lot of hard work has gone into this level of luxury.
The gardens were spectacular and the accommodations were beyond our expectations.
Everything was thought of to make this such a pleasurable stay.
