Great location and exactly as directed. The lights at the front of the house and garage were out. It did not warrant a call to the after hours service.

It was clean and convenient. My kids loved the place. I will say that the air conditioner being capped at 72 degrees was annoying at times when it got really hot and the trash schedule was kind of weird. Oh and the remote in the bedroom wouldnt work sometimes. Not because the batteries were dead but because it wasnt a roku remote, it didnt match the tv. I had to use the living room remote sometimes. But overall we had a lovely time and everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the big kitchen table. My husband did say his feet didnt like the small tiles in the shower. The pool was super clean and cozy but not so small that the kids couldnt have fun. We even made friends with the neighbor.

Had a great time with the family, and the grandkids would definitely rent again in the future

I don’t really like to leave bad reviews because I’m grateful someone has allowed us to stay in their home, but the home does need some TLC. Master sheets had stains and I found 2 bugs (different times) crawling on the pillow in the master bed. Roach also found in utensil drawer, another at front door, and one in the guest room with one bed. Could use a fumigation service. Master shower needs a good clean. Pool was relaxing. I paid for pool heating and the pool was never warm. It was homey and cozy environment and allowed a nice stay, just needs some deep cleaning and some TLC. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
