We liked the location and especially the car parking!
Breakfast could be improved a bit by having few more choices.

Although the hotel is located in a very old building, it fully serves its purpose. It is the closest hotel to Tbilisi Airport, only about 3 km away, and is perfect for a short stay before a flight. The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner was very kind and took good care of us.
The building is quite old and could benefit from some renovation and maintenance, but overall it serves its purpose well, especially for a short stay near the airport.

I got there the owner was not friendly at all. The room and bed sheets smell of cigarette.
Smell of cigaret in the room
